Holistic Fitness: Workout
Passion Dance is a full-body workout. The warm-up at the begining of each workout are based on yoga asanas for methodical stretching and alignment. The stretching is accompanied by conscious breathing that integrates the breath and the body.
The pace increases gradually through the workout, to increase the heart-beat and blood flow circulation. Each workout ends with a calm-down period for relaxation and integration.
